THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH COPELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO THIS SYSTEM.
• This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Distington Hall Booking System.
• You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained before you may become a registered user.
• From time to time, Copeland Borough Council may change the terms of this agreement, in which case you will be notified by email.
1. Eligibility:
You must be a bona fide funeral director to qualify for registration. Once your application has been accepted, your account will be enabled which will allow you to gain access to the on-line booking system.
2. Registration:
Registration is via an online form. Copeland Borough Council will endeavour to process all registration requests within 24 hours of receipt (48 hours if posted over a weekend).
3. Privacy and Confidential Information:
Your information will be kept private and is not shared with other individuals or organisations. Registrants are reminded that they should use a secure password for this system (Preferably a mixture of upper / lower case letters, numbers and characters such as %) which should be changed on a regular basis and not disclosed to others.
4. Warranty
COPELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL PROVIDE THIS SERVICE "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED. ACCESS TO THE INTERNET AND ELECTRONIC MAIL (E-MAIL) DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED. COPELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL WILL TAKE EVERY REASONABLE STEP TO PROVIDE A RELIABLE SERVICE AND KEEP ANY SERVICE DISRUPTION TO A MINIMUM.
